A Spode cup and saucer circa 1815, of bute shape, painted with native English birds, the saucer with a Goldfinch with a nest and the cup with a Blue Titmouse on a branch in a landscape. Both cup and saucer with white stylised relief floral decoration, the rims gilded. The cup and saucer marked respectively on base 'Blue Titmouse and Goldfinch' both with pattern number 2149, height 5.5 cm
