A Spode miniature fluted cup and saucer, circa 1820, decorated with radiating panels of gilded floral sprays on a deep cobalt ground, below green and black scroll borders. The cup with moulded magenta butterfly handle and gilded interior, the underside of the raised saucer decorated in bright yellow and green grounds, both marked 'Spode' pattern number 2276, height 4.2 cm
