Description:
A n Antique, platinum / 16ct white gold, 2.80ct diamond / pearl brooch. Semi-pear shape, two-tone cluster with scalloped edges measures 36.4 mm x 31.7 mm in platinum on yellow gold, bead set with one hundred and ninety three small old rose cut diamonds. Centre features a suspended in-line row of three, small single cut diamonds and a drop shape pearl which appears natural, measuring 12.5 mm x 7.8 mm. Cream white base colour with pinkish and greenish overtones, is lightly circled, with very good lustre, in a peg setting. Suspended on a drop shape bale and bar with pointed ends, it is bead set with a total of sixteen old rose cut diamonds. On back is a hinged pin and trombone clasp. Total estimated diamond weight 2.80cts. Finished weight 10.93 grams. 2022 Gemmologist report.
