9ct rose gold, Estate, silver topped, handmade sapphire and diamond brooch. 34 mm round, pierced through floral design, set with nine oval cut sapphires, of esitmated total weight 3.30cts, accented with sixteen old European ans Swiss cut diamonds of estimated total wieght 1.04cts, G - I colour, SI1 - SI3 clarity. 14ct rose gold, pin and 'C' clasp fittings. Pin and screw are removeable to allow wear as a pendant. Finished weight 14.28 grams. Gemmologist report.
