A late 18th century oak thirty hour single handed long case clock, William Monk, Barwick St. John, the case dated 1797 and with the initials 'El' the overhanging cornice with dentil moulding over a signed and dated fret, three quarter columns, long door with shaped top on a plinth base, the 10 inch square brass dial with signed Roman chapter ring and matted centre, the posted movement with count wheel strike and anchor escapement 212 cm high
