A late 19th/early 20th century brass lantern timepiece with passing strike, the typical frame surmounted by a bell and pierced scroll finials, the Roman chapter ring with foliate engraved centre, the fusee movement with passing strike on a bell, now contained in a 19th century mahogany case (possibly Scottish). Height 39 cm Note: in the book by the historic society of Hindon this maker is featured and a photograph of this very clock is shown.
