A burr abmoyna 'Cabanel' writing table after the design of Emile-Jacques Ruhlmann, Frank Pollaro, New Jersey, 1994, the rounded rectangular top with a recessed front above an arrangement of five drawers, raised on tapering facetted supports, the top inlaid with an oval shagreen and simulated ivory centre, variously inlaid throughout with simulated ivory stringing and other details, signed and dated on an inlaid plaque to the underside of the front frieze rail, 78 cm high, 11 cm wide, 73 cm deep
