An Indian Colonial .950 silver Swami-Decorated mug, X-ray tested .950 silver; Raj period, Madras, circa 1890., the heavy gauge mug of slightly tapering form with plain loop handle, repousse and chased to, the body with Hindu gods in relief within scrolling arches and against tooled backgrounds, one as Manasa, the goddess of snakes, engraved to, the rim and base 'Doctor / to Chub', unmarked but possibly by Peter Orr and Sons.
