18th century Afghan Jezail with Damascus pattern welded barrel. East India Company flintlock mechanism with the mark of a heart quartered, with the initials Veic and dated 1796. The high quality Persian barrel with very rare zig-zag lightning pattern, and fine silver inlay. Length 153 cm.
