A Colonial Australian cedar tilt-top circular supper table with acanthus carved column, outward swept legs, and square form brass capped castors, two plank top with thumbnail edge, Tasmanian origin, circa 1830s. Note: originally a fixed top table which has been converted to a tilt-top example at some stage in the 19th century which was the fashion at the time. 77 cm high, 132 cm diameter
