18ct gold, pearl, diamond and ruby ring, Paspaley, 1997, centring a cultured pearl measuring approximately 14.00 mm above a stylised bow mount channel-set with rows of brilliant-cut diamonds and two pear shaped rubies, the diamonds and rubies together weighing approximately 2.06 carats and 0.72 carat respectively, size K, designed by Gerhard Hahn for Paspaley. Accompanied by facsimile Paspaley certificate of authenticity dated 22 May 1997, and a Paspaley box. Provenance. Important jewels , Smith & Singer (trading as Sotheby's Australia), Melbourne, 1 April 2014, lot 65, illustrated. Private collection, Sydney, acquired from above.
