This water pot, dating from the Kangxi period, is meticulously crafted with a bulbous body and an inward-curving mouth, which enhance its elegant silhouette. It is uniformly covered both inside and out with a glaze of a smooth, greyish-blue tone, typical of the refined aesthetic of the time. The base of the pot proudly bears the Kangxi mark, affirming its authenticity and historical significance from this renowned era of Chinese porcelain artistry.
