A syllabub, English circa 1750, moulded round funnel with saucer top bowl, and a moulded double dome foot with ribbing. Height 95 mm, Foot/Stem/Bowl 60/15/60 mm. Reference: English Glass for the Collector by Bernard Hughes, pages 83 to 84. Early syllabubs were plain without decoration, moulded ribbing advertised in 1760s.
