A Royal Worcester porcelain vase, decorated by George Johnston, dated 1908, baluster shaped on a square foot, a pair of foliate handles to the shoulders with husk swags between these, the body finely decorated in enamels and raised gilt work with swans in flights amidst reeds on the all-over pale blue ground, a black swallow in flight to reverse, puce factory marks and model no. 1937 underside (lacking cover), 20 cm high
