Pair of Regency sterling silver footed waiters, hallmarked Sheffield, 1820, S.C.Y&Co (S.C Younge & Co), of circular form, beautifully cast with c-scroll and foliate borders, engraved to centre with crest of arms depicting a stork above an azxure chapeau, above three acanthus form feet, total combined weight 925gm, height 3.5 cm and diameter 21 cm note: 'Fairburn's book of Crests of the families of Great Britain and Ireland', published 1905, state the above crest as belonging to Charles Bowyer Adderley, 1st Baron Norton Kcmg Pc Dl Jp (2 August 1814-28 March 1905), who was a well regarded British conservative politician.
