A faceted and fluted stem wine glass, English circa 1780, round funnel wbowl ith scale cut facets on base, no bridging facets, central knop, fluted stem with notching on alternative edges, triangular facets on knop, diamond and scale cut facets on base of bowl, and a conical foot, wheel-engraved with fine fruiting vine. Height 155 mm, Foot/Stem/Bowl 75/10/50 mm. Fluted and knopped stem, fine engraving: a quality piece that would have tested the cutter's skill.
