A colour-twist wine glass, Dutch or English circa 1765, round funnel bowl, double spiral opaque twist., red and white spiral threads outside gauze stem, and a conical, flat foot. Height 145 mm, Foot/Stem/Bowl 72/13/52 mm. Provenance: English, perhaps Dutch. Either way, colour twist in lead glass is rare. Reference: L.M.Bickerton, 645
