A facon de Venise glass, Dutch circa 1650, facon de Venise wine glass or small goblet, probably of Dutch manufacture and constructed of soda metal, the straight sided conical bowl with basal merise above a short plain stem leading to a half knop above a short, hollow inverted baluster knop supported on another merese leading to a second half knop with an elongated, hollow inverted baluster knop flatened basal knop all standing on a plain conical foot. 19 cm high.
