An engraved Newcastle baluster, English circa 1750, a multi-knopped stem comprising an inverted baluster with air beading, flattened ball knop at bottom, blade knop under the bowl, and a true small baluster above the main feature, engraved with formal flower heads and foliage in scrolls under the lip. 18.5 cm high.
