Description:
A mixed-twist wine glass, English circa 1760, round funnel bowl, spiral opaque white tape outside a spiral air cable stem, and a conical foot, engraved with cornflowers and ornamental leaves, and very nicely too. Height 165 mm, Foot/Stem/Bowl 66/15/51 mm. A rare well-engraved mixed twist with opaque twist o/s air twist rather than the other way around. An air thread around an opaque twist is often there by accident.
