A famille rose plate and famille verte vase, bearing Gangxu and Kangxi marks, 20th century comprising a circular dish polychrome enamelled with Budai in a garden with his sack and holding onto his rosary, with iron-red painted six-character Guangxu mark (1875-1908) to the underside, together with a cylindrical tapering vase with a waisted neck, decorated with floral reserves on a white ground, upon a honeycomb green ground with scattered flowers, with Kangxi four-character mark to the underside.
