A German oak cased mantel clock, Winterhalder and Hofmeier, late 19th century the Palladian architectural oak cased mantel or bracket clock, with bevelled glass aperture to the front, openwork side doors with pull chord to one side, the silvered dial with Roman numerals and pierced gilt spandrels with subsidiary chime/silent and slow/fast dials, with three train repeater movement striking and chiming on coiled gongs, stamped W&H Sch. To the movement, with key and pendulum. Height 42 cm, width 31 cm, depth 20 cm
