A French Empire gilt bronze figural mantel clock, 19th century the case modelled as cupid standing with a billowing cape in one hand a bow (missing) in the other, supporting the circular enamel dial with Roman numerals, atop an oval base with floral swags, the original silk suspension pendulum movement replaced with a pocket watch movement, the gilt figure finely chiselled to the wings and hair, all raised on toupie feet, with key.
