A French .950 silver bachelor chocolate pot, Minerva 1 purity, mark of martial Gauthier, Paris (1888-1902), c1900 the small pear shaped chocolate pot on tripod curved feet with a fluted lower body and repousse floral and scrolls decoration to a curved spout and lateral ebonised wood handle, marked to the underside and to the hinged cover. Weight 118g height 11.5 cm
