A Victorian mahogany twin pedestal secretaire desk, 19th century the upper section with a high rectangular top with moulded edges and chamfered corners, over four small drawers and a long secretaire drawer with turned pull handles, the fall front revealing an ample burgundy leatherette writing surface with gilt border, raised on pedestals each with four drawers and raised on plinth bases, with brass swing handles and escutcheons.
