Dubucand, Alfred Dubucand (French, 1828-1894), c1870s the fine bronze by sculpteur animalier Dubucand, realistically modelled as a Maghrebi boy standing by his mule, his left arm resting on the saddle, upon a naturalistic oval stepped base, signed 'Dubucand' in the bronze to the base, with fine mid to dark brown patina.
