A Russian silver, gilt and enamelled Kovsh, maker's mark of Orest Kurlyukov, Moscow circa 1910, of traditional form the boat shaped bowl having an enamelled reserve painted in colours with a boyar and his wife offering bread and salt before the walls of a town, within a cast scroll frame, the high looped handle with leaf scroll ornament and set with coloured glass cabochons and to the rim., height to handle 18.9 cm
