Handmade, retro, 6.00ct diamond / 2.70ct synthetic ruby brooch in 18ct yellow gold/platinum. Brooch measures 63 mm x 25 mm, featuring one hundred and eight mixed old European, old mine and single cut diamonds of estimated total weight 6.00cts, J - K colour, VS2 - I2 clarity, is accented by fourteen, round mixed cut synthetic rubies of estimated total weight 2.70cts, in an ornate mirrored side and flower design. Finished weight 26.20 grams.
