A stainless steel Seiko 7549-7010 "Tuna Can" divers wristwatch circa 1979,. 47 mm stainless steel case with off-set crown at 4 o'clock. 7549-calibre quartz movement. Domed Hardlex crystal, black dial with luminous dot plots, day/date display at 3 o'clock with English and kanji date wheel. Original Seiko Z22 rubber dive strap with pin buckle. Watch only. In working order. The Seiko Tuna came to be after a letter from a disgruntled customer wrote to Seiko in 1968 complaining about the robustness of their dive watches at the time, A golden bezelversion of this watch the Seiko "Golden Tuna" is most well-known for being worn by Roger Moore as James Bond in the 1981 film For Your Eyes Only.
