Topaz and seed pearl cross pendant, circa 1820, the Latin cross set with cushion-shaped topaz, accented by seed pearls at the cardinal points, with cannetille decoration throughout, within foiled closed-back settings, pearls untested, later brooch fitting, weight 7.1gm, length 5.0 cm. Provenance: The pendant belonged to Anthony brown, Lord Mayor of London (1780-1853) and was given to his niece Miss rose Anthony brown on her wedding day.
