Late Victorian 15ct gold gem set cufflinks, each stamped verso with Australian goldsmith mark of Duggin, Shappere and Co., the cufflink face of heart form, one set to center with a round cut diamond, flush set with star engraved surround, the toggle or post set with a cabochon cut oval bloodstone, the matching cufflink decorated with a crescent moon inset with red stones surrounding a seed pearl, the toggle engraved with date '13.3.01', total weight 6.45gm, in period case stamped in gilt for Stewart Dawson & Co of London, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Auckland
