A mahogany cased German chiming bracket clock, Kienzle Uhrenfabrik, Schwennigen, circa 1900, the mahogany dome topped case satinwood strung, with a bevelled glazed door enclosing a silvered arched dial with foliate engraving, Arabic numerals, chime/silent and slow/fast subsidiary dials, with grilles to the sides and back, on a platform base raised on gilt brass spreading bracket feet, the 8 day time, strike and chime spring brass movement stamped with the 'Winged wheel' Kienzle trademark (used c1890-1910), with key and pendulum. Height 41 cm, width 29.5 cm, depth 20 cm
