Miseno spectacular sapphire and diamond dress ring, Italy, of bombe design, centring a claw-set cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 18.23 carats, to an architectural surround claw-set with circular-cut sapphires between geometric motifs pave-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, the sapphires and diamonds together weighing approximately 4.44 carats and 0.80 carats respectively, mounted in 18ct white gold, size Q1/2, Italian workshop registration marks, signed Miseno. Accompanied by a Grs report numbered GRS2008-021378, dated 8 February 2008, stating that the 18.23 carat sapphire is natural, with indications of heating, of Sri Lanka origin.
