English oak longcase clock. Dial inscribed, Henry Payton Broms Grove (active, 1753 -70). Steel chapter ring with Roman numerals, a subsidary dial plus half dial. Working lock and key, parquetry case and hand cut brass escutcheon plate. Working when catalogued. Chimes a bell. Height 190 cm.
