Sterling silver, 56 mm, John Forrest, London 1899, full hunter key wind pocket watch. White Roman numeral enamelled dial with seconds sub dial at 6 o'clock and blued hands. Dial is signed, chronometer maker to the admiralty John Forrest, London. Outer case features engraved detailing. Inside of case is hallmarked H.G (Hugh Gordon - Edinburgh) and numbered 1. Linked to the case is a 38 cm (including swivel clasps) sterling silver fob chain with t- bar attachment and shield attachment. Anti - clockwise key wind movement, with key attached to swivel clasp. In working order. Finished weight 214 grams.
