A rare Longquan celadon Guan-Type 'Lotus Petal' bowl, Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279), it has deep, rounded sides, is carved on the exterior with overlapping petals rising from the foot, and is covered with a thick, even glaze of soft blue-green tone. 7.4 cm high, 17 cm diameter. Though bearing the marks of time with chips and broken pieces to the rim, this bowl has undergone meticulous restoration, resulting in a seamless presentation that retains its original aesthetic appeal, diameter 17 cm
