A pair of moulded Qingbai 'Geese' dishes, Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279), the shallow dishes feature low, flared sides and are molded on the interior with geese gracefully flying around lotus blossoms. Above them, a decorative band. The dish's interior and exterior below the unglazed rim are covered with a lustrous aqua-blue glaze, diameter 14 cm.
