A Chinese carved and parcel gilt opium bed door frame, late Qing Dynasty (1644-1912), the two vertical front panels supporting a pierced and arched facade, decorated with relief carved shaped panels of lacquered and gilt auspicious objects, figures and flowering plants, above an openwork gilt vine with squirrels and mice, the sides with roosters and figures, with nice patination. Height 148 cm, width 194 cm
