A Royal Worcester patent metallic dragon handled ewer, Royal Worcester, shape 1048, date code for 1886, the fine ewer of compressed form with an elaborately moulded gilt dragon handle, the body plain yellow-ground, with printed green backstamp, 'Patent Metallic', shape and registration numbers, with wear to the gilding and a tiny hairline to the spout, otherwise in good condition as catalogued, height: 14.5 cm
