A Victorian sterling silver coffee pot, E, E, J & W Barnard, London 1840, the baluster body with fluted panels engraved with foliate scroll work, the matching domed hinged lid surmounted by a pomegranate finial, a double scroll handle with filets, a faceted swan-neck spout and on a shaped circular spreading foot, a cartouche either side of the body, one vacant, the other with an arrow crest and motto, 930gms, 29 cm high
