Aboriginal artist unknown, four carved wood message sticks (1) carved hardwood, with interlocking designs to one side, smooth on the reverse 48 cm. (2) carved both sides, rubbed with ochres, pointed ends 42 cm (3) smooth patina, carved concentric rings to both sides 32 cm (4) hardwood, with deeply incised geometric 'T' patterns to one side.
