Rare Asprey 18ct gold diamond Brunei medallion, stamped with Helvetia 750 fineness mark, marked 750 to the chain, the medallion of oval form, set to the center with the Brunei Royal emblem of the house of Bolkiah on a textured gold ground, within a border of forty grain set round brilliant cut diamonds, the bail further accented with three graduated round brilliant cut diamonds, total diamond weight approx. 1.53ct, suspended on an 18ct yellow gold chain of 44 cm total length, total combined weight 20.69gm, medallion drop 3.7 x width 3.3 cm, in matching green leatherette case with Brunei Royal emblem to cover and 'Asprey' stamp to cover satin lining
