John Watt Beattie (1859 - 1930), Tasmania: thirty-three albumen paper prints laid down on album pages (32 laid down, 1 loose), with annotations in pen below each image. The scenes include a fine over-view of Hobart, a view of mount Wellington from the cascade river, the cascade Brewery, the blow hole on the Tasman Peninsula, Cora Linn, Herford, etc., mostly by Beetie, but some by unknown photographers. Various sizes, but mainly circa 18 x 22 cm and 10.5 x 18 cm. (33).
