Sir George Reid, pen-written 2-page Als on house of Commons library letterhead, to the Librarian, Royal Colonial Institute, requesting assistance in borrowing 'The NSW Hansards for 1896, 1897, 1898, 1899 and 1900'. Reid, having served as Prime Minister between August 1904 and July 1905, is writing while in the position of Australian high Commissioner for the United Kingdom, a position he held between January 1910 and January 1916.
