An attractive pair of Chinese lacquered elm wood stacking cabinets, 19th/early 20th century, each cabinet in two tiers, the upper section with two doors opening to reveal a single shelf, the main cabinet with matching doors opening to a broad shelf enclosing two drawers and with two hinged storage compartments below, set with metal circular lock plates, hinges and metal pulls, the front apron carved with scrolling gourd vine, supported on square section corner feet, 245 cm high, 122.5 cm wide, 48.5 cm deep overall.
