A gilt bronze figure of white Tara, Tibeto-Chinese, 18th/19th century, the Bodhisattva cast seated on a double-lotus pedestal, the right hand lowered and the left in kartari mudra, the face with eyes downcast in a serene expression, wearing a five-point diadem around the high chignon, dhoti and trailing scarf, 12 cm high.
