A Wedgwood butterfly lustre bowl, designed by daisy Makeig-Jones, circa 1915, design Z4832, the squat bowl with everted rim continuously decorated with coloured butterflies upon a pale flecked lustre ground, the interior in a mottled orange lustre with butterflies and a central floral roundel, with gilded chequerboard rims and a gilded scrolling collar, Wedgwood Portland vase mark and painted design marks to base, 9.5 cm high, 15 cm diameter approx.
