A French black and variegated marble mantel clock, circa 1870, the black and variegated marble case with a drum-head on volutes above a square glazed panel showing, the pendulum and raised on a moulded plinth base, enclosing an enamelled two-part dial with Roman numerals, visible brocot escapement and Breguet style steel hands, with bell striking eight day brass movement, with key and pendulum, missing, the bell.
