A Coalport porcelain vase, late 19th /early 20th century, the enamel decoration by Thomas John Bott, of baluster shape with a pair of inward-scrolling handles to the shoulders, yellow ground with gilt decoration throughout, the front with a gilt-framed portrait of a woman in blue and white enamels, indistinctly signed by Bott with initials lower right, a design of a ewer, arrows, and foliage in raised gilding to the reverse, impressed, printed, and inscribed marks underside including pattern number V.5939, 21 cm high. Condition: light crazing to front panel
