A pair of Kerr & Binns Worcester porcelain vases, circa 1860, probably matched, with slight variations in height and decoration, each bottle-shaped with a waisted neck, cobalt ground with gilt rim and foot, the front of each with a gilt-framed oval reserve decorated with a landscape, one with St Michael's mount, Cornwall, the other with a river landscape with a bridge, the reserves surrounded by gilt foliage, the first inscribed underside 'St Michael's Mount' together with the faint remains of printed factory mark, 17 cm and 16.5 cm high. Condition: Scratches to blue ground in places. Regilding to the rim of one vase (thicker gilded rim)
